Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Safe Steps Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by PPE Innovations, LLC, doing business as Safe Steps, 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, P.O. Box 1901, Frisco, TX 75034 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Amazon or any other platform.
2. Who can enter
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live) at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, are not eligible. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and of Invictus Sterilization, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
3. Giveaway periods
The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. Each period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that month. The Giveaway continues month to month until Sponsor ends it by updating this page.
4. How to enter
Subscribe to Safe Steps email or SMS updates using the signup form on safestepsusa.com. Subscribing is free. Each subscriber receives one entry per monthly period and is automatically entered in each following period for as long as they stay subscribed. Limit one entry per person per period, however many ways you subscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from future drawings.
SMS: by subscribing by text you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5. Prize
One prize is awarded each period: a Safe Steps product chosen by Sponsor. The Aura Storm and the Solar Flare UV-C tower are excluded and will not be awarded as prizes. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each period's prize will be posted on this page before that period begins and will not exceed $500. The prize is shipped free to the winner's address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. How the winner is chosen
A winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within 10 business days after each period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that period.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner is notified by email and/or text message and must reply within 7 days, and may be asked to confirm eligibility and a shipping address. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or the notice cannot be delivered, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
8. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Entrants release Sponsor, Invictus Sterilization and their affiliates from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from the Giveaway or the prize, to the extent permitted by law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
9. Privacy
Information collected for the Giveaway is used as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Winner list
To request the name of a period's winner, email info@safestepsusa.com within 60 days after that period ends.
Separate offer
The 15% welcome discount for new subscribers is a separate offer and is not part of the Giveaway.
